Winners will be announced at a glittering Black Tie dinner on Thursday 27th June 2024 at the Mercure Piccadilly Hotel, Manchester hosted by Jenny Powell. A great networking opportunity for the NW Construction and Property Industry with 400+ people, 80+ companies.

The Process
We are currently inviting nominations for your favourite specialist suppliers and contractors in the NW Construction and Property Industry. Nominations will close on Friday 12th April 2024

Once nominations close a period of consultation begins with the nominees and a voting short list is created for each category.

Voting will open at 10am on Friday 10th May and close Friday 24th May at 5pm. Votes by our judging panel will count towards 50% with the remaining 50% being from a public vote.
